Foreign Language Verification Examination Incentives

Eligibility and Scope of Awards and Subsidies

Current students with official enrollment at our university who participate in foreign language proficiency tests which are approved by our university and meet the standards are eligible to apply for:

  • Registration Fee (Up to NT$4,000)
  • Money Award

If your score achieves the level for a money award, the total amount of the subsidy you applied for is the sum of the registration fee and the money award!

Application Process

  1. Click the link below, and fill out the application form online!
  2. After completing the form, please submit the original registration fee receipt and a copy of the score report to the office during open hours.

Friendly reminder: Please remember to bring the original score report for verification; otherwise, your application will not be processed!

Notes

  • The application deadline is within four months from the day when the score report is issued; late applications will NOT be accepted.
  • For the same foreign language proficiency test, each person is limited to one subsidy and money award per year.
  • Since the registration fee for BESTEP exam is supported, the registration fee subsidy cannot be awarded. The award is only $1,000 for B2 level and $2,000 for C1 level.
  • In coordination with the accounting office's reception and payment schedule, the issuance of subsidies and awards takes approximately 1 to 2 months. Please be patient while waiting.
  • You can only apply for one of these awards or the "English Proficiency Improvement Award".
