Application Process
Step1
Download Forms: Fundamental English Exemption Form / Foreign Language Exemption Form (For 107 and 108 grades only.)
Basic English course codes: Basic English Pre A1 (6250), Basic English A1 (6251), Basic English A2 (6252), Basic English B1 (9604)
Attention!
- Handwritten form will NOT be accepted.
- Please use your school's gms account to complete the form
Step2
- Students who choose to apply in paper form should print out the exemption application form and photocopies of the transcripts and submit them in person to the Office of the Foreign Language Education Center for verification.
- For students who choose to apply online, please click the button below to apply → login to the school's GMS mailbox → fill out the google form → complete!

★Please submit "official" proof of your English proficiency test results, not "Screenshot of the Online Results" or "Message Notification of the Results".
★The system takes time to work, you can enter the Ican system after the end of the second week of the semester to confirm whether the course is exempted or not.
