  • Credit: Credit for courses taken; credit given. "No courses are required to be taken for credit" and "The number of credits for the class will count toward graduation."

Example of Credit Transfer: If Mary applies for credit transfer for the Fundamental English course and passes, she will not need to take the course. Additionally, according to regulations, Mary gets the 2 credits for the Fundamental English course.

校內英文會考僅作為參與正式多益考試前自我評估依據。因不具正式檢定考試公信力,故Cannot be used as a basis for exemption application.

To uphold students' right to education, and clearly distinguish between "Credit Transfer" and "Exemption," the regulations have been revised.
The "Credit Transfer" is mean to be: "Students who have completed a course of 18 weeks and achieved a course grade" are eligible for transferring credits for a similar course.
The "Exemption," on the other hand, allows students to bypass the requirement to take a specific course based on exam results, special experiences, or other stipulated conditions, but the credits are not given.
